what is dnd?

Dungeons & Dragons (D&D) is a fantasy tabletop role-playing game where players work together to tell a story. The goal of dnd is to have fun, to create and experience a shared story.

what do you need?

You need some essentials but there are a lot of non-essential items that will make playing dnd more fun. The essentials are for starters a dungeon master. someone who creates the story and makes it so everyone has fun playing. You wil also need some players ofcourse the common ammount of players is around 3 to 6 players but you can make the group as big as you want it to be. Besides poeple you will also need some of the beginner books. For the players is the players handbook is a must to create a character. For the DM the dungeon masters guide and the monster manual are a good start to learn how to be a DM and how to creat good fights.
